Through the coaching process, the client is trained to be confident and to communicate effectively, highlight the experiences and strengths relevant to the job and thus land his/her dream job.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Coaching sessions typically take place online via Zoom, meaning you can participate from anywhere in the world as long as you have a stable internet connection.
There will be a combination of live, one-on-one, or group sessions with Coach Sandra as well as resources for self-learning.
You will be assigned tasks to complete between the coaching sessions to be able to continue working in the next session.
GROUP COACHING OR ONE-ON-ONE. WHAT IS RIGHT FOR ME?
One-on-one coaching is ideal if you have a tight schedule and wish to have maximum flexibility. This is also the best option if you wish to discuss confidential information and receive guidance that touches on your specific situation.
You set the pace – via a link, you can simply book coaching sessions at a time that’s convenient for you.
Group coaching is ideal if you are open to learning through the experiences of other professionals. Coach Sandra will create a safe container of shared accountability in which you can learn from the perspectives and constructive feedback of the group.
The sessions are recorded but regular participation is encouraged.
Group coaching takes place at a fixed time every week or every 2 weeks.
HOW LONG TILL I FIND A JOB?
Every coaching journey has a unique starting point, area of focus, and therefore duration.
We offer you the support you need even if you are at a very advanced stage of your application process.
Typically it will take you 8-12 weeks to go through all the modules of the Job Search Path and secure a job.
Currently, we have a 100% placement rate.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Our services are tailored to the client’s situation and goals so, in the first step, we would like to understand what those are.
After the initial free discovery call, we will determine how best we can work together, as well as the financial and time investment.
The financial and time investment will be clearly stated in your contract.
HOW CAN I PAY?
Once we get started, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions. We accept all major credit cards, direct deposits, and PayPal transfers. A payment plan may be arranged should you be unable to make the full investment up front.
Additionally, you may use your *AVGS voucher should you qualify for support from your local employment agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) or Job Centre.
*The AVGS (Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein) is a government funding scheme, designed to support employees and job seekers to succeed or (re)enter the job market.
